One Roadmap To Every Report
Every SEC filing already comes with its own index.
When a company files a 10-K or 10-Q, the SEC creates a breakdown of the filing.
Every statement and every note gets its own direct link. EDGAR shows this index as an XML file
There is no single place to browse a filing index by company for historical filings.
This site puts that index on one page per ticker.

What a Filing Index Looks Like
This is the filing summary for Apple's 10-Q. Every row below links straight to that statement or note, not the full document.
Every ticker page on this site has this roadmap. For a 10-K, 10-Q, 20-F or 40-F on file.

The 8-K Earnings Press Release
Guidance, non-GAAP adjustments, Q4 standalone numbers and operating metrics often appear in earnings-release exhibits rather than the core filing.
Each ticker page matches these exhibits to the relevant fiscal period and the direct SEC links.

5,200+ tickers. One URL pattern.
No login. No paywalls. The same structure for every company.

Something wrong, or missing?
Filings occasionally carry inconsistent dates or fiscal-period labels from the filer's own side, and most of these are caught automatically. Not all of them. If something looks off on a page, tell us which ticker and filing and we will look into it.
